Mr. Anthony Chung is the Founder and Managing Director of VCOMPLY GLOBAL Consulting Limited (“VCOMPLY GLOBAL”) heading the dynamic consulting team of the Company. He is also leading a research team researching on the latest rules and regulatory requirements.
Before founding VCOMPLY GLOBAL, Anthony was the General Counsel – Legal and Compliance of various SFC licensed corporations, Insurance brokers and various financial institutions, and had oversight of legal, compliance and company secretariat matters. Anthony was also the named Company Secretary of a listed company in the HKSAR.
With over 15 years of legal and compliance experience in securities, corporate finance, fund management industry, insurance brokers and regional exposure on legal issues and regulatory matters in Asia, Anthony is experienced in the licensing requirements in the region and has a thorough understanding of the operation, setting up and internal control of the securities firms, fund houses and insurance brokers.

Mr. Chung is experienced in handling legal, compliance and company secretariat matters. Mr. Chung completed Bachelor of Laws and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at The University of Hong Kong. Prior to working as an in-house counsel, Anthony practiced as a Solicitor in Hong Kong, and also has extensive legal and compliance experience from various financial institutions, such as Haitong International Securities Group (formerly known as Taifook Securities Group), China Securities International and Convoy Global Financial Group. He is fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
